This is a temp job
Experience in Financial Call Center handling approximately 50-150 inbound calls on a daily basis, will be handling inbound calls from representatives, clients, customers & branch managers.
Will be responsible for acting as the liaison with the print vendors and brokers for the printing and mailing of statements.
This position is also responsible for the testing, printing and mailing of year-end tax forms and CDs.
Duties include everything from month end preparation, monitoring production progress, to the release of statements and tax forms for mailing. This position requires some overtime, including month-end weekends.
Financial services knowledge is required. Must be articulate & good phone manner.
Two plus years in customer service call center
Experience with IRA’s, 1099 forms, Retirement Tax and benefits are a plus
Location: Jersey City
Compensation: 13-15 an hour
